No timeout for reporting innappropriate username & spamming

Why?
Because sometimes you can clearly see if someone's name contains curses, lots of spamming right away in the chat/lobby and so on. So if we click guilty because we know they are in little time, than why should we have timeout? I hate the "You breezed through that one" notification. It would make my life x10 easier. Thx.
