-Who is talking needs to be confirmed so we don't have non trial members participating and ruining the whole thing.

How do I take a discussion unseriously if I'm NOT logged in, as in I cant reply? Every single argument you could think of could be said about every forum section. I don't understand your confusion.

The Trial System is still in a beta phase, so a login is required to use/see the forums.
I remember it had a very own board when it was in closed alpha/beta.

I agree, also they make you login so they can see what you vote (not that it counts against you). But they made it like a court.

You missunderstood the OP, the user does not want to login to the forums to read the subforum "Trial System Feedback/Discussion", not to vote on reports.
