Minor quality of life improvement.

Reports that have been skipped shouldn't show up again.
I skipped a few reports, either because I wasn't sure or felt that it was too petty (i.e. spamming 6 short lines once in death chat). But then later I have two of those reports pop up again, which I just skipped again.

Skipped report should already not be popping up again until the page is refreshed.

Are you sure you didn't just receive the same logs but the report was for either an other reason and/or another player?
