Good to know that the reports will be separated in the future.
However, in the meantime, just because you don't know the language, doesn't mean you can't still judge a few of them.
-Spamming reports can easily be judged by looking for repetitive sentences, or lots of small words said in quick succession. You don't need to know what the words say to know that a player's spamming.
-Inappropriate usernames are sometimes obvious - if not, a quick online translate can usually show whether any inappropriate words were used in the name.
-Hate Speech/Harassment is a bit more difficult, because you need to know what is actually being said. However, some web browsers (such as Chrome) have an option to auto-translate the page - this feature also translates reports (but can sometimes cause some odd formatting, such as all last wills and deathnotes being moved to the bottom of the game log). Once that's done, you can look through the reported player's chat log, and look for offensive words/remarks. The translate isn't always perfect though, so if you're not sure if the player offended, then it's best to just skip the report.
