Additional Eligibility Requirements

This may already be implemented, but I haven't read it anywhere, but I would like to suggest that anyone who would be eligible to participate in the Trial System, but has been suspended in the game should also receive a suspension from participating in the Trial System and anyone who is banned from the game should also be banned from participating in the Trial System. Thoughts?

I didn't read about it anywhere. But I'm not surprised that it is already in place. Gonna lock this then.
