Can't change password

so been playing Town Of Salem for almost 2 years and the past 3 months I wasn't able to change my password so I reset my password and got a generated password in my email then when I come here user control panel profile setting and I go to change password it keeps on saying The given email could not be associated with a Town of Salem account. how in the world is it no associated I keep I get all my messaged from TOS in this email and I'm pretty it is the one? messaged the contact us 2 times 0 help no one even bothers just an automated message telling me to check to see if your problem is here I reply again and help what am I supposed to do now I'm stuck with this password that was generated in my email because I can't change it help.

Check exactly what address the email was sent to (your email program should have a way to view details). It might be that the emails are going to a different address, that is being automatically forwarded to your primary address.

(I have my email set up this way intentionally.)
