Poisoner and suicide

Not sure if this has been discussed anywhere, and how this actually works, but I was thinking:

If you get poisoned, and there's no one to heal you, but you leave the game, you should still die to poison in addition to suicide.
In this case, if you are the VIP, you can't avoid a loss by leaving before dying to poison, and it would still net coven a win in case the VIP isn't healed of the poison.

If this is already the case, then disregard it, just wanted to make sure.

This issue needs to be addressed. Because it's a exploit and a cheap way to attempt to win.
