Taunting metagaming

I don't know if the devs have realised this or not,
Yet I am here to bring their attention to a really bad cause of metagaming that should be easily fixable

PEOPLE USING TAUNTS FOR COMMUNICATION.

More specifically, dead people use taunts to tell the alive people who medusa is, who ambusher is or whom they want hung. It is especially bad in VIP mode where I have seen this be used multiple times on Day 2 to sell out the medusa.

Medusa removes wills just so this exact thing doesn't happen. People act like it is a part of the game, I have seen people defend it as "anyone can taunt, it is not bad"

I understand that the devs have said they are against metagaming. PLEASE fix this major issue. Thankyou.

Taunts are not confirmable. Anyone, dead or alive, can taunt. I don't see why this is bad.

Also, not everyone can taunt, especially since you have to buy them with Town Points.
Even if everyone HAD taunts, it still would imply that coven has to taunt every time medusa gets a kill before the dead person taunts.

Taunting = mind games.

Want someone to claim? Wait until a sheriff dies, taunt their target. Use your imagination.

Yes, you can use taunts to indicate an evil from beyond the grave, but evils can counteract that by taunting too.

It's a game of deception. I think taunts fit that pretty well.

I love a good taunting, I use my taunts on townies after medusa has stoned someone, more than using them to call out medusa. I also taunt who the obvious VIP is, when Im dead and my noob coven team has decided to waste the night killing the GA who claimed 2 days ago... I think they have helped me more as coven than they have helped me as town

Usually when someone taunts regardless of the taunt I'll begin spamming the same taunt all over, I've done this for a long time, before this 'meta' was even a thing.

But what if you don't have the taunts to do that to people? Is this a possibility of a new meta introducing itself?
