TOS is quickly DYING because of the bots and trolls

WHY are people not getting banned anymore? There are people PROUD of game throwing, spamming, name calling - anything they can do to make ppl angry and ruin the game experience. They literally have notoriety as being annoying (and like it for some reason)? I've been in lobbys all night waiting for the lobby bots to stop joining, leaving, joining. This used to be a fun game, but it's just not worth it anymore. I've been playing this since the beginning, but if these issues keep happening, this game is going to die...
