BMG Does not offer refunds what so ever especially to accounts which have been punished severely resulting in ban.

If you think your ban is unjustified and unfair you should go to the appeals sub section and PM trial bot to recieve your guiltied reports, then follow the guidelines and if said report is invalid you will be able to regain your account once more.

Edit: It doesn't appear that your account is suspended nor has it ever been.

Maybe it's an IP ban from someone else on the same network breaking rules? Not sure tho

Edit - I forgot that that only applies to free accounts. Nvm then
