Is Coven All Any broken or what?

Statically 90% of the time I end up with a coven role in All Any I'm by myself. Mafia always have at least 3 people.

Dafuq changed with the algorithm?

Nothing has been changed. The RNG is distributing the available roles and who is assigned which. That has always been the case. Scrolls are doing the rest.
