It’s been over a month... I just want to play again..

I’ve sent an email over a month ago regarding my email being incorrect hence being unable to change my password or login. I was asked to pm the admins here and they said they will get me a response but I still have not received anything. Am I going to get a response or should I just delete the game at this point?
