High Cpu Usage

I have a quad core i5-6400 and town of salem seems to take 50% of my cpu usage

What would be your question, or was this meant to be Feedback and I should move the thread there?

This shouldn't be the case. Would you mind running your computer in Safe Mode and then launching ToS and let me know if there's any odd CPU usage then?
What settings are you running Town of Salem on?
