I get +1 as arso...

Its because they calculate global elo of faction.
In mafia your teammate will likely lower your elo,same for town...while neutrals are a pain in the butt,since you always have the highest elo as a team.
I mean it's hard to win as nk...and it's even harder if you are playing in a game where your elo is sgnificantly lower that the one of any other player.
