If you know anything of the history of rekcah and me, you would know he has no hand in this. Fable's suspensions come from his reports being reviewed by me because of the sheer number of reports against him, the community finds his gamestyle wrong so I review those reports. I found some actions suspendable, hence he got suspended. That's the only thing that happened here. It has zero to do with botters or rekcah.


The ban was appealed because tp believed suspension tiers were skipped... They weren't, there is only 3 guilty reports showing because the 4th is the unlogged referral code suspension.

A number of people in the community is okay with my gamestyle. And I can maintain my win rate at 49-51% so my gamestyle cannot be that wrong.
Did you even read the latest guilty report carefully? You didn't. You just believed what you wanted to happen.

A few days/weeks ago, I was discussing about another report in top-master ranked game - a salty player asked for Tp/LO as jailor on D1 and alerted (he was veteran). He then was talking about something from the previous game (something about medium or other role) + he blatantly admitted that "he hates half of the players in that q"; meaning the intention was clear. However, I was refuted by a high ranking juror (nicknamed "one Tantamuna" - who left trial server recently) and the judge decides to follow the juror. The juror didn't even read the report when she refuted my points saying "admitting to gamethrowing does not prove intention to gamethrow"!!!

While we're here, the same offense has been done by Sey months ago, however she was guiltied for the same "offense" that the player whose reports were closed.

I've also been a victim of Rekcah's insane agenda of trying to suspend players, I was shown screenshots of him looking through my reports trying to find material to get me guilted/suspended despite me having minimal interaction with him. They would not do this if they did not have ties to certain judges still.

Onto Sey.


I stand with Sey in this situation---It is clear Sey is not a botter, has NEVER endorsed botting or has had a botting account linked to him. What Sey done was stupid-yes. That's the key word. STUPID Can we please rewind a bit? Now these are the botters who literally ran through the game, ran through BMG's countless tries at security and were undetected till months down the track in which it took a MOLE in their discord server to uncover.


Now, after going through so much trouble and secrecy to hide themselves and were clearly shown to be the exact opposite of stupid, do you honestly believe they'd openly give referral codes on a PUBLIC TOS discord in hopes of another fellow botter snagging it? No, seriously?


Does that statement make sense to you? It doesn't to me. The SAME botters who were proficient in sealing their identity and tracks and in coding technology, would lazily throw up a code in a server and intentionally let a fellow botter use it knowing it'd link to their main account? That sounds like the actions of someone who wouldn't care about what happens to their account, but if Sey didn't care why did he bother posting many appeals? To even still play TOS on his main account? START HIS OWN YOUTUBE CHANNEL?


Accusing Sey of "aiding botters!!" OR "being aligned with the botters!!!!" OR "BEING a botter!!!!" is laughable, does Sey's actions really look like that of a botter to you, or one who is secretly helping them?

I'll give you the obvious answer. NO.


I ask you, would of this just been a random account with no pre-known reputation, would you of agreed that a instant suspension is still a wortwhile punishment? Where is the leniancy? The judge discretion? Sey's intention is clear as day, hes clearly not malicious nor had any malicious intent. The screenshots prove it. He had a referal code and had no one better to give it to so he just pasted it in the TOS server in hopes of someone who did want to try the game taking it. A seemingly harmless act turned harmful without Sey's consent.


YES, a botter obtaining the code did happen. YES, it was stupid on Sey's part. But why should stupid be punished this severely? If intention was key, why is there everything pointing to Sey NOT having ill-intention? Shouldn't he of been given a more leniant sentenance?


I urge you to re-read his appeal without stained glasses and with clear eyes. You'll see why Sey's punishment is uncalled for and overly harsh. Let due justice come forth and not pre-obtained bias cloud your judgement.

For all of you hung up on the referral code thing... It counted as ONE strike... It did not perm ban him. There was an announcement as 'click here you understand what happens' both of which he chose to not read. How are you even blaming someone else here?
One strike for that +3 guilty gamethrow reports = tier 4 which is perm ban.

You claiming rekcah was the influence is just absolutely spewing BULL SHIT, rekcah has been banned for a while from trial now so cant really say he influenced something, a judge isnt gonna go “hmm i better ask rekcah first so i know if im right to ban this person or not “ and the excuse sey made by saying “ oh but i went and called out a random number and said they were throwing but it was my mafia OOPSIEEE” is fucking bullshit aswell , weakest excuse I’ve ever heard of I mean fucking hell you could’ve said “ i was tilted and didnt think twice about what i was doing “ and it would’ve been a 100 times better with it being a bad excuse aswell. First of all I'm a civilised person and I frown whenever I see the f bomb being thrown. It's sad to see you consider yourself as a "high ranked trial juror".

Before discussing about Sey, let's just look at the players in this game: there are at least 3 Sey haters; 2 of which are his mafia team mates: "Doc" (username: Drakebalrog, top10 ELO) showed his hate against Sey during Name Selection phase:

Read my previous comment about why Shoot Six Plz: Stfu ands go throw somewhere else. right before Sey was lynched prompted her to reply with "2 ur throwing" as she was lynched.
In the dead chat, Sey said "2 gamethrowers bussing me" - Sey obviously meant the investigator and the lookout here. Sey was playing decently throughout the day 2 of the game where only the investigator pushed on her supported by the lookout.

This is something obvious that I see as a top Master-ranked player. And this just goes as another reason why I am critical of the trial system staff who are so detached from the game, especially from the top ranked games
