Loading Screen Bug

Hi There I've incountered a Bug where I've reinstalled ToS and i can get past the ladoing screen because of connection? Im conencted to my main wifi cant load did mobile wifi did not work I waited for servers for about 1 day not working.
My Ios version is 12.0.1 Ipad Air 2 (not Jailbroken) this is pretty stuiped because I Dont want to pay for the steam version.

To replicate: just start the app and it will get to this screen and not proceed. Have reinstalled and restarted device. Same error. Have also deleted app from storage. The error reads:
“Unable to load assets. Steps to connect...”

I have this issue too. I re-upload the game and it started give errors.

I am having that same problem. I have spent alot of money on the mobile version with packs and scrolls, so I was very frustrated to see that I was not able to make it onto the game to other day. As the previous person listed I have done all of the same things that was said with no luck coming my way. You need to update the game and fix this bug!!

Thanks for your report, we will be looking into it, but I am not sure when an update for this could be given.
