Pest and Jugg achievement

Pest and Jugg did the deed and no one in dead chat got the achievement and it says be in a game, it doesn't say be alive during the event.

I don't know if this is a bug or a misworded achievement but it says that you need to be in the game when the fully charged jugg attacks a pest and only the alive people got it. I was dead and I didn't get it . Thank you for your time and I hope you can fix it and if it is a bug compensate everyone in that game that stayed with the achievement because it's so rare.

It’s known that dead people need to re-login to the game to get it. Try to do that and see what happens.
