Coven tickets bug

Hi, ive been playing via mobile nearly everyday. And jigglyphysic is my nickname. And im keep getting "you got 3 free coven tickets" and when i check my tickets it appears i have none.

Have you tried checking your amoount of Coven Tickets via browser?

It should be the case, yet I am wondering, if the granting itself fails, or the client didn't "get" the tickets.
You did try a relog, correct?

I did. Relog/reinstall/open it from my other device etc. None. Nowhere.
