[Followup to this bugreport: viewtopic.php?f=60&t=97486]
I have this problem as well. My friends and I are attempting to form a party but its not working. Me and my other friend are on desktop/laptop version while the others are on the mobile game version. Friends on mobile say they don't get the notification, and on my end it shows up as failed. Each friend I invite is online, if that helps.

How often have you tried to invite the user?
Did you also try to have the party hosted by the mobile user to see if it works in the reverse order?
