For the 3rd fucking time in the past 3 weeks your app crashed while I was loading into a ranked game so i got kicked out and have lost 150 elo now thanks to this so give me my god damn elo back and fix this bullshit

I apologize, granting ELo is not possible.
Could yo ugive more info on the Crash and your device/OS?
