[BUGS] Trapper-Necro’s Ghoul interaction

I was Trapper, and as Mayor (Schwi) reveal D2, I have a trap placed on him N2. At N3, the notification display that my trap attacked someone but no trigger and no one died to my trap, indicating that it was a Necro’s Ghoul attack.

I expected my trap to be down and now I have to rebuild, yet at N4, it indicates that my trap is still set.

I decided to leave it on and see what happens. At N6, the Mayor was attacked again, but this time by a reanimated Werewolf. The messages said the trap was triggered by a Werewolf, yet it didn’t stop the attack. The Mayor ended up dying the next day.

It’s not even a visual bug, it’s like having a trap that can no longer attack but can still detect triggers. The trap should be coded to be down after a Necro’s Ghoul attack and the player have to rebuild again like any other direct attack. It was game costing for me and will be misleading if not fixed.

Version: 11.4.1
Device: iPhone 6S
Build: 3.0.22 (11388)

(On a positive note, I found out that Trappers who are pirated, yet had a trap ready, can no longer place their Trap on mobile (they can on Steam/Web) which is correct. https://i.imgur.com/eZNgPf6.png Thank you for fixing it.)

Thats an interesting one. Thank your for your report.
There is a slight known issue that a trapper's trap is triggered by something, but doesn't attack.

I recently came across this exact bug, thought I should post it onto this existing thread. On Night 4 it said my trap attacked someone but no one died and no roles were given, so it was a Necro's ghoul. The following night, the trap is somehow still set and I have the option to dismantle it, no one triggered it (or at least no one visited that person) that night. Someone else died to a ghoul, confirming Random Coven was a Necro. Next day Town lynched the Necro and won, so I don't know if it would still work later on.

This was in a VIP game and the Necromancer was the last coven left. Side note, I'm playing on Steam.

YAAAAARRRRRGGGHH, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW I PLUNDERED A TOWNIE ?!?!

*Town lynches the pirate*

Lesson: Don't get mad at the pirate, leave them be or tell them who to plunder and he'll oblige. (most of the time)

That the trap did not kill is correct, yet I agree that it should not be set that time anymore. Thanks for the update.
