I recently purchased the Coven Rises map with merit points. It wouldn't load in the customization screen, and reloading the app did not help. In my screenshot, when using said map I entered the v o i d. Using latest version of the TOS app, on Android 4.4.4.

@Helicooler: Clearing cache only works for browser, this is the mobile client.
@OP: do you mean with "wouldn't load" that the map also wasn't visible in the customisation screen? If so, it could be tha the file is missing.

1. Internet was fine. I was on mobile data in one match, and WiFi in the other. The map was invisible both times.
