Mobile ToS isn't connecting to the server

When you start up the Beta it lets you put in all of your info but it won't allow me to connect to the server

i have 2 devices and its connecting on both of them
the first one is a ipad mini two ios 9.2
and an android samsung galaxy s5 with lollipop 5.0

I'm also having this problem, with both my phone and tablet
My tablet is a Nexus 9 running Cyanogenmod13, my phone is a Galaxy S5 also running CM12.1
could be related to CM? I dunno, they run stably with everything else. but basically, can't play at all because of this

Don't bother telling them your phone or it's IOS, Tablets are the only thing that matter for the time being.

Yeah I know, but I figured it's somewhat relevant being that I'm having the exact same problem with both my tablet and phone.

It may seem relevant, but it isn't. We don't plan on fixing any issues that anyone's phones specifically are having. If you phone is having the same issue as a tablet, then if fixing the tablet fixes your phone that is cool, but if not, then we won't be taking it any further currently. We also don't have any phones that we are using for testing, so we can't reproduce anything you are doing on your phone, because we aren't doing phone testing.
