I purchased town of salem in my old phone and it wont transfer to my new one.

Town of Salem Mobile is bound to the playstore/apple store account you bought it on. Are you connected to said same account?

I went to buy the 5$ and it told me I already own it but I'm still watching add to even play the game and won't give me what I bought
