I bought the coven and mobile expansion

But when I logged in after a year2 of not playing I changed my password because I forgot it and clicked on the coven and mobile expansion (because it tought I bought it last time) and it came up with saying. Flummery as a head line and this under it

'Purchased failed. Duplicate transaction. This usually means that you have already purchased this product. If u have been banne, you will not be able to purchase it again.'

So does this mean I've been banned or what and if i am how do I get unbanned and if I'm not is there a way to get this back ( i do have screen shoot I just don't know how to put it in this forum)
