Loss of purchases

Greetings, I logged on to TOS today to find out that my purchase of the premium Mobile version as well as the coven was taken away from my account. Additionally all of my skins and resource packs were gone aswell. I paid for all of these aspects with my own money and it was a one pay only thing. So I am confused as to why they were taken away from me and would like to request to have them back as soon as possible. I did pay for them and this is unfair. I look forward to some response from admin. Thank you.

E-mail the Devs with your purchase receipts, they will likely be able to tell you what the problem is.

No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.

You may PM me for clarifications on appeal verdicts, but keep in mind the verdict will not change.
