Bugs?

Hello,

I was just playing ranked matches and my game just froze i couldnt do anything to unfreeze it... This happen to me 2 times. Also once power was gone in whole city and i was alive in all these matches. So i lost 90 ELO on these stupid situations, im not quitter and i dont love to lose my elo on some game bugs could you please fox it or give me my 90 ELO back... because this really doesnt make any sense.
