classic tickets

I just installed the newest update earlier today and now all of a sudden i don’t have the ability to play. i open the app and click play and it brings me straight to the game selection screen. there’s no option to watch an ad for a ticket. but now when i click classic and play solo it tells me i need premium or a classic ticket. i have uninstalled the app and downloaded it again, but i am still having the same issue. I just do not have the option to watch and ad for a ticket and i do not feel like buying premium.
