Can’t play

Hey, so when I try to play town of Salem it won’t let me Bc I can’t get a classic ticket. I’ve tried logging in and out still hasn’t worked, I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it and it still won’t allow me to get a classic ticket. It just goes straight to the game modes. And when I click ranked game it says I need a classic ticket or purchase the mobile premium package. I am playing this game on an iPhone. Thank you in advance.
