App stops responding with a stuck timer. I can interact with the app so the app doesn’t crash and ui doesn’t freeze.

This happens to me when I switch to a different tab while I'm waiting for too long but idk if that's the issue here or not

I don’t think it’s the internet. It just happened again and then I checked the internet speed.513 mbps is download speed and 32.5 mbps is the upload speed.

yeah, it can cut out or change for a few seconds and it will completely disconnect

I really doubt that. It doesn’t happen with any other app I use. Plus I never had issues with my internet.

The ToS client requires a constant connection, though, as the server is currently not made for reconnects (but its planned to implement in the future).
Did you switch the active app during your game?
