unable to load game

about a year ive encountered a few problems with my mobile ToS game and i decided to clear cache and data of the game. after that i tried to install it again but every try since that moment it would not connect and gets stuck at 8%. tried to install the game on multiple devices and it gives the same results

This could be because the app draws the assets from the gameserver, which is protected by cloudflare. Maybe CloudFlare has somehow blocked your IP from access the server.
