It says I got 3 free Coven tickets but they don't work

This bug happens all the time. When I try to use those tickets it just says Buy Coven. When I log out tickets disappear

Hi there. The Developers are currently working on this and testing what's causing this issue. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
