New mobile update fail

The game doesn't work anymore on mobile app. I did everything error said and still not working. Error appear when open game, in loading screen.

This is an interesting one, that I have not yet seen.
There seems to be an issue with the connection or the IP (as in it being for example blocked by cloudflare when trying to access the assets, or your provider got ToS blocked), as the game/client itself would work properly.

Apparently is your IP Address blocked by CloudFlare, which would cause this issue.

Because on 18 march worked and then on 19,after i update it didn't.

I am not sure what could'Ve caused it after the update, either cloudFlare blocking it then, or the Ip was already blocked and the source for the assets has been changed.
A possible way to solve this could be to use a VPN, or message support@blankmediagames.com with this information along with the IP of your phone, so that they could take a look at it.
