Purchase confirmed but still nothing.

I bought the mobile premium and coven bundle on December 20th and sent an email on the 21st I replied to the email with receipt username and purchase. And today I received an email stating that the problem should have been dealt with but when I opened the game I was met with the same issue of not getting anything I paid for. Please help

If you have logged into the game and have not received your purchase, please reply to the last email from the developers and let them know that you've logged in and you still have not received your purchase.

Unfortunately, the moderators and judges do not have the tools to assist with this.
