so i did purchase the mobile premium for $5 and it says that it has been successful but the items haa not been given to me yet.

ive sent email to the town of salem but i still havent got any replies

my purchase was at around 7:30 pm wib 3 jan 2020

When you haven't gotten an automatic reply, I suggest that you check your junk and spam folder and possibly whitelist info@blankmediagames.com and noreply@blankmediagames.com so that you can receive mails.

Forgive me mods for posting so much just trying to help.

Hey just throwing it out there I've had the same issue with my game but I got it working by going to the options and hitting reload game and it worked. I previously redownload the game and relaunched it multiple times but I just did this now and it worked so if you havent gove it a shot.
