I recently bought the premium service on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I'm not getting my purchase. My boyfriend started playing it and I wanted to as well, but I'm kinda disappointed in it right now.

I apologize for the dismay, there are currently a few issues with the purchases on mobile.
Usually the item is granted when the transaction is done, which could take some time /up to 24h). If you haven't received it until then, I recommend you sending an email to info@blankmediagames.com along with the receipt.
Disclaimer: I try to abide by the game's softfilter and use the appropriate replacements, when I am using the forums. Those will be set in brackets. Example: [tarnation]

Look im gonna be real i highly recommend emailing them now its been close or is about 7 days now since i replyed to the automatic email and nothing been done about it yet im seriously playing the ultimate waiting game

Their responsse time is currently 2-3 weeks at minimum, so patience is all I can ask you for.
