A big problem with mobile premium

So, I bought the mobile premium and didnt get the product, which I see is a common problem ppl have. The most scare thing is I didnt even get the receipt. When I checked, the payment was successful(due to money being subtracted) and I still didnt get the game. This is sad, cus I want to play the game but what are the chances that I WILL get the receipt. Is there any other way I can confirm the payment? Pls help.

You should have a transaction log somewhere, which can count as receipt, or even a screenshot of the successful purchase.
I do not know how the status on this is, atm.

I did a mobile payment, but the sms didnt come to the phone number
