It has past 4 days since i replied to the auto email and i haven't gotten anything back yet....so I've been watching none stop video and trying to play the game :cry:. But i been wondering has anyone with this issue has gotten an email back after replying to the auto email or has had there bundle issue fixed yet? :?: if so would be a big help knowing something being done about it now or so ^~^

Patience is a virtue. You'll get a response, but patience is required.

As I saw on another topic, response is about a week currently.

The response time is currently around 2 weeks I believe, but I am not fully certain.
