If you've made a purchase, please wait at least 24 hours to see if it goes through, as sometimes it will not grant you the items right away. If after 24 hours you do not have it, please email the Developers with a copy of your receipt of purchase at
info@blankmediagames.com and let them know you need assistance.
Be sure to respond to the automatic response email you'll get in turn when you email them, that way the Developers know you need help still.
