Coven expansion + mobile premium

Yesterday i bought the Coven expansion + mobile premium and it is now on the next day it still says:"Your purchase succeeded, but the item you bought has not been given to you yet. You may need to restart the game and login again to see your item." I have restarted the game multiple times now i even deleted and installed the game but i still don't have the coven expansion.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO!!!!

Please contact the devs via info@blankmediagames.com along with the receipt to have this solved.
Sadly there currently might be a high response time, causing the reply to take longer (2+ weeks)

I have bought the coven and premium and been trying to get ahold of devs and waited and waited I really would like what I paid for
