Issue with buying mobile premium and coven

I bought mobile premium and coven and for a few hours when i open the game it says "your purchase succeeded, but the item you bought has not been given to you yet . You may need to restart the game and log in to see your item." But I have been on and off the app for a few hours and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It still makes me watch an ad to play and if i try to purchase again it says it has been purchased.

Please contact the devs via info@blankmediagames.com along with the receipt to have this solved.
Sadly there currently might be a high response time, causing the reply to take longer (2+ weeks)
