Store not initializing for time limited offers

Sometimes when I try to make a purchase for a time limited offer, it gives me an error saying that the store is not initializing, and to try again later. There is no point in trying again because the offer will never show up again. Can you please find a fix to this problem?

I am using android. It works sometimes, i think ive bought 4 or 5 of the offers, but other times it doesnt.

Do you notice a pattern when you received the store is not initialized message, or when you were capable of buying something?

I'm having the same issue, but no matter what I do with the store.

Does that happen everytime you try to access an offer? If so, are they prompted shortly after the game is booted up, or also somtimes later?

Every time.

When do those offers occurr?

Sometimes as soon as I open, sometimes after 5 or so games. But no matter what I try to buy, it says it. Even when I try to get the Mobile Premium.
