Coven and premium

The app won't let me purchase the coven expansion or premium from the store. It says that the store is not initialized.

Which device and OS are you using?

The same problem is happening to me but I have a Motorola g7+. Is there a way to fix this?

I believe there is no way to fix this on the client side. I believe this issue could already have been fixed in the latest build of the clients base (which is currently used for the Steamclient), once a few more bugs are fixed and the compability with the mobile version has been ensured a new update for the mobiel client will come out. I cannot name an estimated time/date for that, I apologize.
