Can't Play? Says I can't repurchase?

I got a new phone and have not been able to log back into my account. I finally just logged in using Facebook, which got me in. But, when I go to play, when I try to select Mobile Premium Coven pack, it says I can't repurchase. I don't ever remember being banned or even receiving a warning. I'm even willing to just repurchase the premium access. Username is SAVYSAV
