Referrals aren’t working for me

I’ve referred the game to 2 friends already yet I don’t seem to receive any awards. I’m playing from iOS. Any idea what’s happening?

as far as I've seen is apple not allowing a referral reward system, thus I believe you have to check with your PC for that.
