Hypnotist actions list is unscrollable

When you tap “Hypnotize,” a grey list pops up with all the things you can make the person see that /happened/ to them.
The bottom few options on the list you can’t scroll to. The scrolling stops too far up the list to select the last few items on the list. I am playing on an IPhone XR. It’s up to date iOS and game updates. Only experienced this problem on the Coven Expansions “Hypnotist” role.
