only when I entered my account, the character costumes, the types of death and the animals were costume-free.
I just entered different accounts on the same device and there was no bug in my account.

I've been having this problem for a long time

What do you mena exactly? That you have an account with no customisation items? Or that regardless of what you were equipping, you still had the default skins?
If its the latter; There is an option which controls this, so please check the settings.
