This has most likely been addressed before seeing as this has happened every time I join a party, when accepting an invite it doesn't load properly and can only be fixed by accepting the invite again.

This could already have been fixed in the new client base, which will be used for the next update of the mobile client. This update wil ltake its time, as the current beta version for Steam takes the priority. When compability checks are finished there will be an update.

couldnt this be caused by bad internet too?

This had been in an issue during launch of the client, so it could have bene fixed in a couple of instances (=spots in the code), but not this one. But it could also be a loading issue.
