I can't promise the war will end. That's up to you lot. However, rest assured, we will assist you every step of the way to formulate a plan to end this before we bring you home. Whether you actually follow it is not on us.

Don't be thinking of committing any funny business now.

Akita begins to fold a piece of paper.

Teno sits against one of the walls.

Akita finishes his folding and circles the fountain until he finds one of the paper boats. He gently places a paper bunny in it.

So what kind of things would we learn in these classes anyways? :)

Teamwork I suppose. They'd mainly be sessions to make sure you lot are fit to return home and not continue this nonsense.

Meh.

Nothing really matters anyway.

I have no interest in engaging in war or fisticuffs or whatever.

This experiment is but an end to a means anyway.

But yet, all it has shown me is how foolish all of this is and how little I wish to partake in it.

For now though, I think it is the best course of action to leave, and whatever disputes you guys have, you can deal with then, 'cause I'm out.

We're not leaders by any means, but I suppose I can ask Fern to come up with something for that.

Thank you very much Zyro. I would greatly enjoy learning from a people so different from us, like you guys. :)

Josh jumps down from the tree, somehow managing not to break any of his bones in the process. Zyro hops down after him, taking a place on Josh's shoulder.

Sorry, bud. Looks like you're going with them. To the Moon Cave, now!

For the third time the group moves in a pack up the stairwell. They enter the room with the platform attached to four chains and console.

Zyro pecks Frederique's hand away.

Ah, ah, let me enter this override password first.

...

Brother, May I?

...

Password accepted.

Everyone piles on the elevator. Akita sticks close but also at a considerable distance to Chad, and Lydia places a hand on Martin's shoulder. Josh moves away from the group with Zyro.

The chains begin to roll, and the platform is lifted. The ceiling opens up and light filters through.

The platform eventually stops, and everyone steps onto land. There's a short path leading to a staircase that goes down, leading to a hole. Along the far wall of this hole are twelve figures, separated into groups of six by a staircase going up. In the middle of the hole is a shrine protecting peculiar stones.

Frederique examines the figures. They are all of the twelve animal zodiacs. They rest on small pillars that have a specific sort of indent in their side.

Why can't I be that Draven dude he mentioned, huh? It hurts my pride to be forced like this. I'd rather be dead.
