I can't say much about it, most of it was shrouded in the night and I could only really see its......eyes. Those goddamn....green eyes......

It had muscular limbs.....at least two, at the front, but I couldn't tell if they were arms or legs. I suppose it doesn't matter, a beast is a beast in the end.....

It tore up the tracks as it ran through.....it was desperate to keep up with our train, running alongside it......

It's very very improbable that Otto was murdered before voting took place, because of the fingerprint hand scanner whatever and the fact everyone is able to see with their eyes!

We both had to put our thumbprint in order to vote.

I don't think that's the case. I believe that if you put your handprint at whatever point, a screen comes up just for you. So if your partner put his handprint first, voted, and then you showed up, you would be able to put your handprint and vote for yourself in the screen too.
Either way, I don't like the initial inconsistencies in your alibis, so there is a reason to believe you two planned to murder a lone player beforehand but one of you messed up their alibi.

As for other possibilities, what if Otto himself never entered his booth? Perhaps the person we saw was Charlotte who disguised as him and later threw the body into his booth (or he was killed in the booth itself beforehand)?

Or maybe he was killed as he entered and we didn't notice?

The ones who entered before Otto, Caroline and Theta, are also suspects. They could have entered his booth instead of theirs and murdered him. Their partners are simply lying for them now.
